I must be honest in the beginning the thought of a title change was kind a shocked me. In the end, my team the REI RockStars was there at the start. I was there once the first Mortgage Projects deal has ever been done at Phill’s Mansion, and we've been fortunate to construct a multi-deal per month, Mortgage Assignment business.
Not only that, having talked with hundreds and hundreds of prospective and current MAPS investor nationwide, many of whom are doing deals as I write this, I can tell you that Mortgage Assignment Profits System has absolutely boomed.
Thus, as you can understand, my initial point was, why mess with a good thing? Why alter the Mortgage Assignment Profits System (MAPS) name?
Well from what Phill Grove had told us, it's purely a technical type problem.
You see the name Mortgage Assignment Profit System is regularly called MAPS or M.A.P.S. for short. It turns out there is another business that unbeknownst to Phill Grove has a prior claim on the "MAPS" abbreviation. So after much deliberation, Phill has simply decided to change the name.
As you can imagine, this has put my team, the REI RockStars, in a pinch because we have to transform everything we have that says MAPS or Mortgage Assignments. At the same time, it offers a bold probability. The Assignment of Mortgage Payments System is still ‘rockin’ it in the investor world, in fact, now more than ever.
Since there are still some folks who have not jumped on board the Mortgage Assignment Profits System (MAPS) and are just letting deals pass them by. The launch of this new title and program will give them another opportunity to quit waiting and start taking action on their investing future.
Nothing has transformed except the subject. The the Mortgage Assignment Profits System (MAPS) has become the Assignment of Mortgage Payment System (AMPS), it's still allowing traders to locate zero lower deals that pay well, using the satisfaction of helping distressed retailers, and becoming new purchasers an excellent home, done ethically with a lots of legal backing.
